Overall satisfy just waited a long time to check in he wasn’t in the front desk when I kept ringing the bell but other then that I liked it there

Very dated hotel
The hotel is a bit dated for the price, i could have easily pair 30 more and stayed in a more newer hotel down the street. This hitels towels were horrible, scratching and old. The bed was old and EVERYTIME i moved during the night it made a loud cracking sound. The Wall air unit was very old and it was either too cold or too hot. The blankits were thin and old and to me tbe qirse part was when we walked it, the carpet didn't looked like it had been vacuumed, that even my littke girls were grossed out. I will definitely not be vack till tgey remodel the hotel. My girls were also upset that they didnt have a pool. Like i said rgere were many different hotels around this one that looked liked they were newer and had the other amenities that this one didn't have. Oh did i mentiom that tgey are not offering the free breakfast becuse of Covid, which seems like an excuse but oh well what can I spect. Spebd a few dollars more and stay t a nicer hotl if you can. I have no complaints about the office person, he was very nice and did give us the bottom floor like we asked and I'm very sure the rest of the issues can be fixed too. I got this hotel becuse of the easy access to hight 101 and the gas station right infront.

The hotel was ok for the price. I didn't like that they needed to take a picture/copy of my debit card. There was a hand towel with a small stain and the comforter was a bit dirty. Overall the bed was comfortable for our 1 night there.

It was great up until the owner startes being very rude and nosy i understand you have a business you need to take care of, but to ne watching us what we do step by step was bery creepy if there rules you want to be follwed they nees to be postes online when people book online and they nees to be told in person as well we will not be staying here again

It was just disgusting. Found pubic hairs in the sink. Door knob and lock were loose, fridge was broken, carpet was sticky. Just gross. Stay somewhere else.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, honestly. There’s an in and out burger down the street, the traffic lines up and blocks the entrance. No laundry, hard beds, stinky rooms.

NO BREAKFAST. Almost no staff in sight. Clean rooms and nicely decorated, but nothing special. I tried checking out at 8:30, half an hour past their opening and no one was there. The fitted sheet has been washed too many times where it doesn't actually fit anymore. It stretched to barely cover the bed as soon as you sit on the bed it comes off.

Due to Covid-19 they were not serving breakfast, but didn't state that and the price was the same. Also found out five days later that I was charged $1.50 for a tax increase for the county that I was not told about. Refrigerator was full of ice, coffee was stale and one lamp and outlet didn't work at all.
