DON'T BOOK HERE. I did because I was desperate during Semana Santa and there were no other rooms in town. I arrived at 8pm and they didn't have my reservation. The owner said he doesn't work with Expedia and I was the 3rd person that week to have made a reservation through this website that they had no record of. YET NOW THEY HAVE KEPT $700 I paid for 9 days even though I never stayed there and it's been over two weeks! I have to check in with Expedia every few days and they say they can't get a hold of the hotel to get my $ back. Nightmare! This hotel and the owner are awful, they will ruin your day. Stay away, trust me. It's a scan, they are crooks.

Problems at check in because hotel staff doesn't have access to hotels.com booking system. Staff asked us to pay again although the stay was paid for online. Owner eventually resolved issue but we got quite an unfriendly reception by staff. No water in shower and room no 7 smelled of mold. Also had an issue at breakfast because reception staff didn't give us any voucher and were nowhere to be found in the morning, restaurant personel wouldn't let us eat without the voucher which created a long discussion in the morning before it could be resolved.

Never stay here under any circumstance.
I'll start with what this hotel advertised that was fake. No "pillow menu", no down comforter, no breakfast ANY day, no wifi in room, and no English-speaking staff. Woman working at front desk was rude and not informative. Gentleman working front desk was sweet and pleasant to work with. Owner was unprofessional and not aware of his own operating system. First room was cold, toilet clogged on first use, no wifi in room, room had open spaces for mosquitoes to fly in, walls so thin I could hear the words in conversations in above room, shower looked horrific, floor did not feel clean, pillows were flat, no down comforter, and bed was uncomfortable. Second room had many openings for mosquitoes, openings so big that outside light lit up the room, walls so thin I could hear the words in conversations in above room, door did not unlock, I had to climb through windows each time I came back into room, curtain covering window next to bed was very thin and let light in all night, room was not clean, pillows were flat, no down comforter, bed was uncomfortable, and bugs everywhere. Owner banged on my door at night while I was sleeping. Keep in mind im a single woman traveling unaware of who this stranger is. Owner had alcohol on his breath and demanded I pay for my stay. I had to prove to him that I had already paid through the hotels.com app. He was not aware of how the hotels.com worked. I would never stay here again and I will never suggest under any circumstance that anyone else stay
