Less storage than I expected. But I could manage using my suitcase. Ventilation is noisy. Kitchen area is dark as it has no light. But overall is OK, as the pricing is reasonable. Need to be careful: $30/night amenity fee is not accceptable.

Good stay
My stay was a pleasant one overall. I stayed two nights. Room and bathroom is on the smaller side. The AC was auto and you did not have control of when it came on. If you’ve been out all day and you return to your room it’ll feel like there was no AC on but eventually the room will feel cool. They provided a tower fan but it did not work. Room temperature on the thermometer constantly said 80 degrees buy fortunately did not feel like it. Room was clean and did the trick. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft for my liking. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The location is centered between Ala Moana and Waikiki beach walk so it’s not a bad walk to either destinations. Overall I had a good stay.

Very nice facility. I actually liked that we could take care of our own room and make our own bed during the two days we were there. I felt more secure leaving things in our room while we were out. The concierge was very helpful.

On arrival told that we had not paid for the room and needed to repay even after showing payment receipt. Following day bathroom flooded we had to relocate to another room which was lower with no veiws. Shower was so small and uncomfortable. Then hair dryer didn't work. Took it to reception and told will bring another, took 3 calls as we needed to go out.sliding door to balco y didn't close properly an aircon would not work. Definatley would not retun nor recommend.
