We have always stayed at Hampton Inn ‘s, but never have been charged $12/day for parking. I guess this is a way for them to recap lost revenue because of Covid, but it was a complete surprise when we showed up at the front desk. Either they should make it it more prominent that they are charging for parking now or raise the room rates so that loyal customers don’t have a surprise when they show up.

Everything in the room was very clean. Because of COVID the breakfast area was closed, but they provided breakfast boxes to eat in the room. The location was nice and very quiet.Be warned this location charges $12 for parking.
It was fine until we checked out and we were charged for parking on both of our rooms even though our reservation clearly stated "free parking" (and we only had 1 car).
Large clean and nicely appointed room. Easy free parking. Boxed breakfast due to pandemic which was a nice touch.
It is tough to judge/ rate one's experience during COVID, so take it for for what it is worth. Rooms and property clean
I was impressed with this hotel. The room was very clean, staff was warm, inviting and very helpful. They are following the covid 19 guidelines as far as I can tell. Highly recommend.

Had to change all bedding when I checked in. Hair was all over the room, embedded in the comforter and blanket. Hair was on the shower walls, floor and shower curtain. The bathroom had splatters of brown stuff on the walls. I went to the store the next morning to buy bleach and just cleaned the room myself.
Not clean
