Hotel is run down, had a smell to it. Housekeeping was decent, it was as clean as could be but there were some old dirty chairs I didnt even want to touch in our room. The bottom cover in the bed was dirty. Service was pretty friendly and I feel as if the employees are working with what they got, but major renovation needed.

We arrived to a very filthy, literally mold and black platform shower. Nothing was cleaned and the Toilet had a Bang sound every time you sat on it. We did not shower at all because of this. There was no chair, no couch, no table. Just a comfortable King Size bed and the "Included Breakfast Complimentary" was just Toast and nothing else. We Literally went next door to the restaurant and went to look for another Hotel to stay in that treated us with luxury. We walked out of the Hotel after one night as we could not stay there and my partner has bad asthma and we paid for the whole 4

Pool and hot tub broken. This should be told ahead of time to guests. Bed horribly uncomfortable including pillows. No hangers in rooms and no one new where they were. No extra pillows. No enough amenities left in room ahead of time had to ask for it. Bad smoke smell not cigarettes in hallways all the time. Very disgusting the smell would come into room when open door smoke free rooms?
