Hotel is in need of a serious upgrade, room is old, walls are thin(can hear neighbours using washroom and flushing), everytime someone closes their door, you practically have to slam it and it gives u a scare everytime it happens. Staff wasnt helpful at all, i showed her places i planned to go and she didnt recommended the hop on hop off option, i found out a day later that the route covers all of my places. Room didnt even have a kettle but does have a mini bar you can use as a fridge. Wanted to try local spanish tapas but server refused me because she cant speak english, its at a restaurant just outside the hotel, ended up eating a kebab from across the street.

For the price, I'd say it needs some upgrades. While relatively clean, with a lovely lobby, the rooms are pretty banged up and in serious need of a paint job. Not the most central - wish I knew what those right in city centre/cathedral cost to compare.
