Young gentlemen on duty 5 a.m. May 1st was very kind and pleasant!
Lovely staff and nice place
First time I stayed there and it was a nice hotel everything was good until I arrived at reception when I was checking in they said the have to hold a £50 deposit in case we damage anything I was not told about this before hand and it was a surprise, they should tell you on the web site about holding £50 deposit until I check out this is being treated like a child not every customer that comes is the same. You should be stating that very clear to customer other wise ok hotel.
Good location for China Town and railway Station. BUT this is an old IBIS budget hotel which is no where near as good as the new ones. Tiny room and poor quality beds. Even though there were no chargeable facilites they still wanted to take £50 off my credit card. Never going back to this one. Avoid!
Great hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive due to the covid pandemic and restrictions. Great service. The food was amazing. The room was tidy, and we was always asked if we wanted the room cleaned. The bed was comfy and soft, i enjoyed my 3 nights there. Great value for money, i will defo book again :)
Staff and room were nice. However, for over 2 nights stay, my room wasn’t serviced.
Great location for bullring- it isn’t in the grand central / new street station it is still a walk, but only a few minutes. Seems they have renovated the reception area and forgot about the rest of the hotel. Room 315 - dark, outdated, bed was very had and uncomfortable but couldn’t complain too much as the was good value for money.
Clean, helpful staff, quiet, tea/instant coffee in room But breakfast was very poor in range and quality in these Covid times And most of the clientele ignored the requirements to wear masks in public areas, and to socially distance, so I will avoid this hotel in future
Reception looks modern, rooms 1970s! Refurbishment much needed.
Good budget hotel right in the centre of Birmingham, fantastic value for money!!! 👍👍
