This is a very old building with one crowded evalator. Small reception area with very little space for luggage storage. Check in time is 3pm so we had to wonder around after a long flight , worrying about our luggage left in open.
It was very nicely furnished and a reasonable price. Also, it is centrally located, but the room was quiet.
Great hotel in an excellent location. One of our rooms was a bit cold but they very quickly brought us a portable heater. Plenty of Ggreat bars and restaurants nearby.
Huge room but no attention to necessary repairs (e.g. air conditioning blew air but did not cool it)
The hotel turned the air conditioning off the day we arrived had a little window in our room. It was so hot couldn’t sleep. Room was in the 5th floor so had to lug 2big suitcases up the stairs to our room
We were told our room had a view. We had a view all right, a big neon sign saying "New Hotel" shining in our room all night. Check in was a breeze, but they held firm to the no check in until after 3:00. However, when we checked out, they tried to tell us we had not paid even though we showed them the expedia receipt! Front desk was not very helpful at all in telling us how to get the train to the airport. Wound up taking a taxi for 70.00! Not happy at all. Also, the picture you are showing is not the hotel.
Great location, nice view and balcony. Really good staff. Rooms need new carpets.
We stayed for one day before going on a cruise. Everything is fine, except the elevator was broken, which is a bit of a problem for my wife to walk up four flights of stairs.
Port clean a little on exspensive side . Need to keep hold of personel belongings as wife was.robbed of purse
Great place to stay close to everything we wanted to be close to. Staff very friendly and helpful...would stay again
