Do not stay on the 2nd floor!
The 2nd floor room was disgusting. Desperate need for renovation which is why the 3rd floor has been renovated. It is insane to pay $260/night for rooms on the 2nd floor in that shape. The headboards were disgusting. There was hair on the night stand lamps. The bathroom was so dated is was horrific. The heater was so noisy I don't know how people can actually sleep there! Once we opened up the couch bed and saw that it was completely broken we called up reception and after insisting to change rooms they moved us to the 3rd floor which was a newly renovated room and very nice. However, the hotel should be proactive when renting out the 2nd floor (and possibly 1st floor) and warning clients about the condition of the rooms. Unacceptable!
