Good 6.0
The hotel was dirty & run down. There was dirt around the toilet & areas on the carpet that clearly were not vacuumed. Pictures seemed to be missing off the walls. The TV was really old & has a fuzzy picture. The lampshade was broken in multiple places. The room was really hot & there was no screen on the sliding door to the balcony, so we weren’t able to leave the door open for cool air. The staff were very pleasant & helpful and the sheets were clean.

Poor 2.0
I would prefer to sleep in my suv
The hotel is clean, the rooms not so much. No AC unit. When I got out of the elevator on the 7th floor I felt like I in a sauna. It got worst when I stepped in my room, I couldn’t even stand without sweating. They changed me to the 6th floor, little better still No AC unit in that one. I could of open the patio door but there was nothing to prevent mosquito or a bird to fly in the room. When I decided to go to bed, the room next to me was having a gathering. It took the hotel staff 3 phone call/3:30am To actually make it stop. Basically I when to bed at 4am had to wake up 6:30, I wasn’t fresh and ready for my meetings. The Only thing they have going is the view. But believe me it’s not enough ! I switched hotel for my second night. And of course I couldn’t try to get a refund because HOTEL.COM makes it very difficult to talk to an agent Now and day. Not impressed overall, save yourself a headache.

Close to the Ocean. Great view. Tallest building in the City. Nice restaurant. Clean. Great value. The heat was always on so the doors had to be open all the time to keep cool.

I like the most is the Overlooking ocean from the Balcony However our next door room guest was loud can hear them partying and drunk . On the same night (Saturday July 25) from 2:15 am until 4:30 am could not sleep Due to fighting and swearing customers from the club downstairs next to the hotel. Did not have a good rest at all :(
