Great location…one block from Metro stop, two blocks from hop on/hop off bus stop. Less than two blocks from Grand Central Market for meals.

The room was nice even though it was quite small. They did a great job in how they set up the space. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. My only complaint was the toiletries available in the bathroom: there was no conditioner provided. Because hotels usually provide conditioner, we didn’t bring any, and that was a problem for my wife because she needs it for every shower. We did really like how the toiletries were provided in dispensers instead of small containers, because that is much more eco-friendly. The soap dispenser was empty, and didn’t get refilled even though I called down to the front desk, but I am sure they would have remembered to refill it if I had followed up on that.

Great location and nice hotel
Great location, walking distance to a lot of great DTLA places to visit. The room was updated and had all the nice amenities. The bed was a little interesting and black out curtains would have helped a bit, but I’d definitely stay there again when in LA.

Refund Needed
I would like to order a refund. My non-profit member has disabilities and was refused to be let into her room. The attendants made her stay in the lobby all night. The room was never used, please issue a refund.

Stay away!!!
The area is terrible and surrounded by homeless encampments. Pay $55 valet fee or take your risks. Dorm-sized room with no closet, sink would not drain, and poor ventilation. Single women placed in worst rooms. Room next to housekeeping supplies then awoken repeatedly all night due to people using/diving the dumpsters and slamming them shut. Then at 4am trash trucks emptied and dropped dumpsters right next to my window. Then housekeeping started vacuuming at 6am. No sleep even if I tried. If you value yourself in any way, shape, or form, NEVER stay here!!!
