Very clean. Polite staff. Good Covid planning. Would recommend,
This is an older hotel and seems a bit tired - could use some minor work to improve the appeal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was decent and relaxing.
This property is antiquated compared to other Fairfield properties at which we've stayed. It's time for a remodel when considering the nightly room rate. Also, the pool room was grossly hot - no ventilation or door that could open to the outside. It didn't seem kept up well either. Our biggest complaint was how breakfast was managed each morning. The food and supplies weren't replenished regularly, and when we requested more we got a "I'm too busy" response. If this hotel regularly hosts large groups (sports teams) as they did when we were there, they need a much better plan for keeping up with the crowd's needs.
very near a lot of different restaurants, a mall, a wal-mart, a museum, short drive to zoo
I have stayed at this locations several times & will again. Clean & friendly
Not a bad hotel, although the room was pretty tight moving around. Very comfortable, although the tub drained slow. Breakfast was ok but all the cleaners and kitchen staff visited next to the area and nobody seemed to help with breakfast. Waffle maker was a small one and kept tipping over.
Don’t have a single complaint about our stay. Room was clean, friendly and courteous staff, and a surprisingly good breakfast
Everything was amazing except the included breakfast was awful. There was hardly any food and what was there looked unappetizing.
My only complaint was the curtains in the rooms. The heavy ones that would normally block out the city lights does not close. and the sheers did nothing to block the city lights shining in the room at night. They need to change the curtains in the rooms. My kids had the same issue.
