From the moment we pulled up in front of the hotel, frazzled after a gruelling road trip across Southern Spain, hotel staff materialized to swiftly and competently escort us from our vehicle to our stunning room, addressing any/all issues/questions/concerns about the property and city along the way. The room was lovely, the breakfast was wonderful, location was ideal and although in the midst of town, the triple window coverings gave great noise protection by night while offering a great city vista by day. They provided a booster option for weak wi-fi and I'm sure in time will provide this automatically for each room. All in all, fantastic staff, magical rooms, gourmet breakfast and architectural beauty...would book again in a heartbeat!
