Poor 2.0
Don't stay here. I seen the poor reviews and decided to try it out anyways. That was a mistake. For the price they charge here you would expect alot more. $100 a night would even be too much. First off, there's no soap in any of the rooms, and they don't offer any, so bring your own. Second, don't bring anything that needs to be refrigerated, there's no fridges in the rooms. The rooms are also a terrible layout. I got the grand suit, which was only slightly larger than a regular rooms. You would think the bathroom would be in a common area. Instead it's in the bedroom, which if you travel with more than 2 people offers zero privacy. This hotel is just plain terrible. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Poor 2.0
The worst hotel i ve ever been in my life, they gave us room 211, and there was a huge mold wet spot in the ceiling, so they agreed to reinburse us that night but its been more than 1 week and we didnt get anything yet and the operations manager promised to do so but aperantly she was just lying to us, this hotel equals garbage and expedia team is not helping at all they said they will call yesterday monday but nobody called !!!

OK but had way better for that price in Chicago
Location good, but no restaurant or minibar. Bar in Hotel open only Thursday to Saturday. Restaurant beside Hotel good but only adults and no kids under 12.

Fair 4.0
The Raffaello Hotel is not a 4-star hotel. Of the three suites we checked out, all three had damaged walls, dirty carpet, and very loud air conditioning units. Certain front desk staff were very unhelpful and dismissive of the condition of the hotel. Based on the condition of the rooms, I would not stay here again.

Loved the location. Loved the heritage style. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the check-in. The front desk staff tend to ignore you for a bit. And, I was charged an additional fee under the premise that Expedia had not transferred the entire room charge. One call to Expedia and they had the hotel agreeing to refund me the amount. Thank you Expedia!

It’s average
Overall it was fine. The valet area was packed when we arrived (I don’t think they had enough valet staff on hand to park the cars quick enough) and a bus driver came in and said the cars will be towed and proceeded to get in a heated argument with my husband. So it started our visit off on a bad foot. The hotel in my opinion should have stepped in as I believe they needed more staff on hand to avoid the overload of cars on the street (it was at busy check in time). They didn’t really do anything and it was pretty upsetting as the guests. The bathroom was also a little dirty (I added a photo of stains on the wall and hairs on the floor, which in my opinion would be very easy to clean up..I noticed it right away...) is and there were burn holes in the carpets. The location is awesome!

Nice large and clean room. Had some issues with the room being too cold one evening and maintenance fixed it right away. Bring a laptop if you have work to do though as the “businesss office” charges for use of the computer aside from printing a boarding pass. That being said, I had a document to print for work and the front desk was gracious enough to print it for free when I emailed it to them. It was my third stay here and I’d stay again. Great location and great hotel.

Hotel was in a nice location. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. However the shower was drippy and room was extremely warm and the thermostat did not seem to work.
