I chose this hotel based on location, friendliness of the team and price (it was one of 3 I'd short listed). The hotel is new so the facilities are fine, the location is great what I felt really disappointed with the front of house team, not one smiled. Our arrival which you would expect a little warmth of welcome, the gentleman that checked us in was efficient but I would go as far to say surly, no welcome and every encounter from there on in it was the same. On the upside the housekeeping team always said hello and the team in the dpa were very friendly
