STAY FAR AWAY!
We’ll start with the very few pros. Later than usual check out time: noon There’s an elevator Fridge was a good size and got very very cold Lots of storage space/drawers. Plenty of outlets. That’s pretty much it for pros. Now onto the cons: Dirty. Very dirty. Hairs in the bathroom that were not ours. Shower walls, attached bar soap holder, grout were super grimy and disgusting. Desk chair had a lot of white marks on the black seat. Not sure what it was. There was a cigarette burn in one of the quilts, maybe stop using that one and throw it out? VERY old and dated. Armchair in the room looked like it was from the 70’s. Not helpful staff, no enough blankets? My son had an accident on the bed on top of all the blankets one night. I went down to lobby to ask for an extra blanket and was told they had no extra blankets in the entire place. My son and I had to sleep with no blanket and no sheet. When we called on our arrival day we were told they absolutely are not allowed to do early check ins. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at we’ve had no issues with early check in. And the worst of the worst. On our last night when I was getting ready for bed I noticed in the open light fixture in the bathroom (toilet and shower/bathtub enclosed part) it was FULL of black mold. Explains now why as soon as we got in the room my son had a cough and it didn’t go away until we got back home. Absolutely 100% will never stay again.

Needs major improvements
Location was the only good thing about this "motel". The room itself was not cleaned. The carpet was very dirty and the mattress has alot of stains. The toilet was so small lol. You could hear all the moment from the upstairs people, which were non stop. The smell was interesting. Breakfast was a 4/10. So much noise outside.

6 night Disneyland vacation
I was there for 6 nights, 3rd floor. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, staff was nice no complaints with them. I would stay there again and only had some small issues. The toilet was really low to the ground but on the other had shower was fine for height. The water did go in & out of hot temperature, it would be hot and then immediately turn cold and back to warm/ hot water again. Also, if you’re heading to Disneyland and driving down ball road to the Mickey & friends parking garage, we hit a lot of red lights and school drop off traffic in the morning, so maybe be mindful of that.
