The hotel is pleasant, quiet, and comfortable, and it offers a nice breakfast. But the best thing about it is the location--the major tourist attractions are an easy walk away, and the neighborhood it is in is interesting, full of small boutiques, and fun to walk around.
walking distance from Grand Via and most important attractions in madrid center. good and rich breakfast buffet
The location of this hotel is perfect. As far as the room goes, it wasn't small but it was far from large. The bed was comfortable and having the convenience of breakfast downstairs made searching for a place to have breakfast easy. The food was fresh and there were plenty of different options for folks with dietary restrictions...for instance I saw they carried gluten free cereal too.
The hotel is close to the El Centro area. It was easy to walk to the nearby shops, plaza and other things.
great location , fabulous breakfast
Excellent location, friendly & professional staff, and great breakfast!
Funky hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast is served to 11:30am which is handy. Every room is based upon a different wine region. Generous sized room and bathroom.
Great location. Very helpful staff. Room size range from tiny to large. Nothing fancy but adequate. The breakfast is also adequate but not sure it is worth the extra money. I don’t think the rooms are worth the money when the prices are raised for whatever reason.
The service was exceptional. My luggage was lost by an airline and the hotel staff assisted me without hesitation. I was incredibly grateful. The hotel is in a terrific location, the rooms are large and clean.
Fabulous buffet breakfast was such a treat. My single was very well appointed with plenty of room for luggage, food, gifts, etc The staff went out of their way to accommodate my request for late checkout and later I saw a bus load of guests checking in, so it wasn’t easy to make the accommodation with my room having to be cleaned and ready for an incoming guest. They also held my luggage all afternoon. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Madrid since it’s a gem.
