I left my room key card in the power slot so that A/C and fridge will be on. The service attendant removed the key card from the slot and DID not leave my key card in the room. When we return to our room, what a surprise...The A/c is off, and the fridge is not on, as we have purchased some milk and leave it in to fridge for our coffee. We report this to the front desk and asked to CANCEL the old room key and re-issue 2 new room key card for us. They promised to inform the room service attendants. SAME happened for the next 3 days. We did approached the front desk on the 2nd day, and gave up on the 3rd day.

Excellent location.
Bathroom was a little small but can’t complain too much. It’s London and the price was right. You can always go cheaper and run down the hall to use the bathroom. No issues with transportation. It’s on a red route so only buses and taxis can stop in front of hotel. Everything you need located within the station or immediate area.

Need better wheelchair access
Lots of steps to front lobby. Not the best for wheelchair accessibility -we were travelling with a family member in wheelchair. Had to go around building to access lift in Victoria station. But staff helpfull operating lift as we needed it. Some of younger lobby staff not very knowledgeable. Room very nice. Good access to hop on hop off and Victoria station. Safe area.

I read so many good reviews and I booked for family vacation with my mom. The location of this hotel was good so you can go most of the tourist spot within 30 mins. But this hotel is just above the Victoria Railway, you hear pretty loud chimes and announcement every few minutes. If you're light sleeper like me, you couldn't possibly have a good night sleep. Hotel is quite old, and it shows its age in their TV( which you can't even watch because it was so static), beds (so hard and not balanced) elevator (super slow, only have 2 of them, and one was out of service for 2 days till I checked out). When I checked out, they said I need to pay them for my cappuccino (which I didn't do) and I said I didn't order anything from their restaurant ever. Then he asked me same question 3 times, and I repeatedly said no. I even asked why you kept asking me, his answer was he need to make sure I didn't do it. What kind of service is that? I was so disappointed with this hotel. I was completely deceived by the photoshopped picture and reviews.
