This is a dated and tattered hotel. Rooms clean but small and worn. May be best in the area but is still marginal.

The room was nice. The front desk girl was super sweet and got us some breakfast items after it had been cleaned up. The water pressure wasn’t very good. The room location (room 101) (next to the stairwell, ice machine, and the first room near the smokers’ spot) was rotten. Traffic and conversations in the stairwell made for lousy sleep, and smoke made its way into our room under the 1” gap at the bottom of the door.

I paid the extra fees to stay in a room with a jetted tub. Our room only had a stand-up shower and when I complained to the manager and asked for the (paid for) upgrade, or a reduction in the cost of the room, I was told "you paid for what you paid for and you paid expedia, not us." I will not be booking again.

The check in was a horrible experience, the front desk clerk embarrassed me while other customers were being waited on. I haven't gotten her name yet but I will and post another review on their website, she took one look at me and continuously enforced no smoking and loud noise which made the customers stare at me. I never felt so small in my life. I wasn't treated the same as other customers being checked in because I was in line listening to what I needed for check in. Sorry won't stay here again.
