Woken up at 4 AM by music from another room. Music replaced by loud voices, doors opening and closing. By 5:30 AM, had to request another room. Front desk was difficult, tried to get me to pay for another room. Following my protests, moved down hall after 5:30 AM. Later had to request full move to another room. Hotel did absolutely NOTHING, not even a kind gesture, to acknowledge the horrible experience I had. Four Seasons was not a peaceful or luxurious experience, such a disappointment with the brand.
