The hotel is very convenient with easy access to the freeway. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The walls are thin and you can hear a flea fart in the next room. Leave the fan on the heater/ac running helps cover up the other noises.

Basically, the check in was slow and unwelcoming. The room was signed off with a cleanliness card only to find the toilet was never wiped down and left filthy from previous use. The room was humid cause AC was unplugged. There was only shampoo no conditioner. The bathtub was not well kept. Considering the brand and what it use to stand for, it’s disappointing.

Needs room upgrades
Check-in was simple enough, although the glass made it hard for the guy to hear me. I asked if I was on the top and he said "yes, you're on the second floor." There are 3 floors in the building, how is 2 the top. That annoyed me. The outside of the building and doors need painting. Handles seem old school and not secure. The floor paneling was made of carpet, not wood, and was coming apart. That was gross. The carpet needs replacing, very dirty even though it's a dark color. One of the chairs had a stain on it. The sheets had stains as well. I used my own blanket on top of the bed. The toilet needs a new handle and better flushing mechanism. The phone worked to call the front desk. The shower fixture were VERY old and creepy. The AC was broken. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
