the room was in need of repair. dings in the walls from the doors, moulding around the floors is cracked. the room seemed to be clean. There was a lot of noise in the other rooms with loud music and people loud in the halls late at night.

We had to go to the Comfort Inn next door to check in and out and to pick up our to-go breakfast which was inconvenient. It could use some renovation plus room space was limited as well as counter top area the sink. Reasonably priced and near the interstate.

The property did not have on site staff, the hotel next door handled the check in. While I appreciate the effort provided by the woman the counter, it did take more time to check in than I would have liked. This is because the keys didn't open the door and had to be reprogrammed two times. Finally after they didn't work the third time, a new room was given to me. I don't fault the front desk representative of the neighboring hotel, I place the fault with Rodeway for this. The room I stayed in had a problem with the toilet seat, this was more of an annoyance. I also noticed the light fixture in the bathroom really was in need of cleaning. Finally, I happened to stop over on my way to Las Vegas. I kidded to the people I traveled with that after learning how to use the shower at Rodeway, I would be qualified to operate the Hoover Dam! Most interesting shower/tub controls I've ever seen in a hotel.
