Motorista do transfer não ajuda
Ao chegar não fui orientado corretamente onde ficava meu quarto. Na saída utilizei o transfer que por sua vez o motorista que saiu as 8h não ajudou com as malas, além de me deixar no portão errado fazendo com que eu tivesse que voltar todo o aeroporto para achar o guichê correto. O outro motorista do dia anterior das 21h foi super gentil. Enfim no geral não gostei do atendimento.

Nice but cigarette burns and smell were bad
We were driving from Southwest Missouri to Miami Florida and decided to stay a few days in Atlanta for some family fun. We decided to stay here and here were our thoughts. Pros: - Very large room with loads of space. - Nice hot complimentary breakfast. - Comfortable beds. - Even though it’s near the airport, we didn’t notice the sound of planes taking off. - Pretty property that seems pretty well taken care of. Cons: - Cigarette burns in the mattress pad. - Smell of cigarette smoke even though it’s a nonsmoking room. - No elevator so we had to lug 5 bags up a flight of stairs. - Parking was packed because they let people park while on a cruise. We literally got the only spot left.

As busy as the Miami Airport is, I think the shuttle should run at least every 30 minutes. I phoned your reception desk from the airport and the agent was nice enough to give me a room near our where our car was parked! Got very noisy at 4:30 am. loud music from??Our room was 119.

Good place to stay
Super spacious room and clean. It had microwave and mini fridge and a private balcony. Good breakfast- it was super busy and space was tight but okay. Shuttle service was great. The only downside was it does not have an elevator- we had lots pf luggage and had to carry it to the 2nd floor. Overall great stay.
