The staff were lovely. I had an issue with being double booked and it appears the hotel would not even return the call to delete one.

Great location and nice staff. Self parking is easy at the Japantown Center (attached to hotel). Hit Marufuku Ramen for lunch but get there early as it gets VERY busy. Very nice and HUGE gym.

It is very clean and super convenient. parking is a bit expensive because I have a ford 12 people car, has park on street before 9am next day, otherwise 51 per night is very expensive

Very pleased
This Hotel is right in Japan town and is just a few blocks from Filmore St. Plenty of places to eat and shop in walking distance. This hotel is very clean and spacious! We were in town for Thanksgiving and wanted to be near our family and this was the perfect location.
