We stayed at King’s Inn for two nights and the room was comfortable. Great location as it was convenient walking distance to the core areas such as Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, Seattle Space Needle and other tourist attractions by the waterfront. The room was clean and the bed was a little soft but overall, I’d stay here again. Another bonus is that the Kings Inn had free parking.

There was a blood splatter on the wall in my room. Other than that it was a pretty basic motel. Conveniently located or I'd probably never stay here. Staff was always nice. Elevator only worked sometimes.

the property is in the heart of downtown. It is basic but has everything you need. Rooms have cute curtains and bedspreads and the beds are super firm. Bedside lamps are 100% from the seventies. This is a barebones place but for us was perfect!
