This hotel was so good! Very clean and nice, staff was incredible and they were very accommodating in getting us shuttled to and from the airport and even to the rail station.
Lied about amenities in the room.
Stayed here for a layover (just one night). Staff was very friendly. Needed to get to the airport at 5am and shuttle was very accommodating.
Michael at the front desk went out of his way to help us in any way possible. We were on a layover due to restricted flights, and the hotel actually sent their shuttle to get us at the airport. The hotel is very nice and well above what it cost to stay there.
WARNING DOOR LOCKS AT 8:00 pm—Check in does not monitor for arriving guests. My hotel room was great. Clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and it could have been an excellent stay. Unfortunately, The check-in process was awful—NOT what I expect from a Hilton Hotel stay. I arrived at my hotel at 8:15 pm to find the doors locked. Surprising, but not a big deal UNLESS you can’t get inside the hotel where you have prepaid for a room. There as a number on the door to call to unlock the door. I called the number twice and got a recording of press 2 if...press 3 if.... 😡. It took me over 8 minutes of calling (timed by my cell phone), knocking on the door, and waving to guests to get in the hotel. The 1st guest in the lobby tried To help without success (more on that later). Several minutes later a 2nd guest saw me knocking and came to investigate. I pointed to the door and my phone. She realized the problem and went to reception to get help. A clerk finally came and let me in but argued with me that I was supposed to call for the locked door. I replied, I called and was still on hold— she turned her back to me and walked away. NO APOLOGY !! The worst part of my experience—the first guest later saw me in the hall and asked “She finally let you in? I told her you were out there but she said her phone didn’t ring”. He told me he asked her “do you think I am lying? There is a woman outside! “ THE CLERK NEVER WENT TO THE DOOR TO INVESTIGATE!!!
It was nice, just bugs in the lamps
Staff was welcoming and very responsive. Also the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again in the future.
