This hotel was a real disappointment. Nearly EVERYTHING in the room was broken or half-assed repaired. The rear door to the stairway and the exit to the parking area needed a hip bump to open it. The sink drain was so clogged that the sink was nearly useless. The towel rack was reattached to plywood blocks that were half-ass screwed to the wall. The water pressure was pathetic. The ground floor room's window lock was broken so nothing valuable could be left in the room. The wall outlets are so OLD that anything plugged into them will fall out on its own. The desk clerk was terrific! She was so professional amd attentive to my requests.

The staff was very good and enjoyed talking with them. Our room, unfortunately, had a view of the Braums Ice Cream and the lights from the drive-thru traffic shone into our window. The room was clean and very quiet. Our heater was to quietest one we have had in a long time.

This is an ok place for the price. They DO NOT have an elevator. So it's a bit of an inconvenience trying to haul all your luggage up the flight of stairs. Very friendly though. Room had a bit of a smell, but it went away. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

Floors and AC unit weren’t clean and AC unit fan hardly moved any air. Beds and bathroom seemed clean. Not somewhere I would stay again.

This was a great stop-over on the way from Denver to St. Louis. A little dated but clean, safe and very good about COVID precautions. The only complaint is that we were traveling with our dog and picked this hotel specifically because of that and were not told when booking that a $20 "pet deposit" was required. It was a surprise when we checked in.
