Staff struggled to manage 40 teens kicking soccer balls and being extremely loud within the hotel. I was asked to move rooms with no one to assist me in the middle of my week stay. I received no apology for the inconvenience. The front desk staff were curt and unhelpful when asked questions. I liked the housekeeping and room service staff. The dinning staff were also nice. However, There were very limited food options.

Lovely hotel, a good location away from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy areas but with restaurants and nice parks in the vicinity. Pool area a bonus for relaxation and breakfast buffet plentiful.
