Normally you can check in at 3 p.m., earlier when rooms are ready. At Vagabond they charge $10 to check in before 4 p.m. We had to sit around for an hour. That little cheapo charge spoiled our visit. A dozen rooms sat unoccupied and ready for customers but to hand over a key they wanted $10. And then there is a rush at 4 p.m. so you wait again.
