This hotel was amazing! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly & understanding during these difficult times. I never had an issue with parking nor breakfast each morning & this was my first time staying! Highly recommend & hope to visit again next year! - K

The staff are very efficient and accommodating! Thank you to Ashley at the front desk! I enjoyed the location to downtown and Avenir Center. The pool is a great temperature, however I found the hot tub could have been warmer.

Great room (king 7th floor) with view of the outdoor skating area. It was late when I arrived but front desk person was nice and quick, which was appreciated. Only problem is there is not enough parking for the hotel. I ended up making up a spot, which apparently is expected. As long as you do not block anyone else, it is a free for all.

Great stay close to concert venue!
Great stay with my mom to see a concert at Avenir Centre. Very comfortable beds. Great service in dining room. Only issue was that the tv volume only goes to 10 - couldn’t hear tv if the heater fan was on and still not easy to hear. Advised front desk and she said others reported same problem - so will look into it.

I liked the layout of the property and that the entire hotel has a modern, up to date feel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean, although a little small. I wish there wasn't an additional charge for parking.
