Sticky Icky Room Changer!
Price was very reasonable with online deal considering it was a last minute plan. Hotel had room but changed rooms because leftover used soap in shower. Funky Oder. Mildew and mold everywhere. Hole in wall. Toilet wouldn’t flush. And door lock was broken. Receptionist was understanding and switched our room within minutes but next room had similar issues. Door lock problems and toilet problems and icky showers. I’m not one to complain but my wife was unhappy and felt unsafe so I believe this comment on our stay will hopefully find the right ear. I know for us we will most likely not choose that location Ever again.

Clean & Comfy Room.
very clean and recently updated room. I was very happy with the cleanliness! they bed was comfy and there were extra pillows, 3 per bed. everything was in working order. The bathroom was also clean. Overall my young daughter & I were comfortable and happy staying here. front desk was also very friendly at check-in. my only complaint was that there was no coffee in the room, but there’s a dunkin’ doughnuts 1 min away.

The facilities and appliances are outdated. Reservation says breakfast included but there was no breakfast. I went to check with front desk and there was no one for hours.

Decent place
This is a okay place to stay. The pricing was decent and close to a lot of food and beaches. The only thing I think needs improvement is the cleanliness and the appliances. The microwave was not working so we had to hear up out food downstairs. We found a boxer, flip flop, and a knee compress. The workers were really nice and very accommodating.

The stay was good but had to pay an extra 6 dollars for some reason could never understand the person at the desk when checking in but rooms were clean but a bit musty smelling an bathroom doors were broken an the beds were comfy

Avoid, rude employee
Front desk employee was very rude. Told me that I had to pay a reservation fee. Informed that there was no sign or other indication that there was a reservation fee. He then yelled at me and told me that if I am not going to pay then leave. He tried to throw me out. I told him I’m going to call Hotels.com to see if they are going to give me a refund. He then told the nice lady he was training to just give me the room key as I was on hold with a rep. She apologized on his behavior. At check out I came to return the room key and he yelled at me when I asked if there was anything else I need to do. He yelled and told me to get out. The bath room was nasty, room was ok, bed was average. I would never go back again. Was suppose to be a relaxing anniversary vacation and got yelled at for asking questions. Called cooperation office to put a complaint.

Our room has water leaking for ac and our room It has water everywhere. Also, housekeeping just clean our room, and I gave my friends a birthday present, and they touched and took off the plastic bag.
