How did you not know it had closed
The business was closed and had moved had to spend over 3 hours on the phone to get a different room for the night. The customer service agents didn't want to help me at all

They were closed. Hotels.com wound up putting us in a different hotel but I feel like I should have been compensated for the extra two hours if figuring it out I had and the extra traveling I had to do because they booked me at a closed hotel where the owners were apparently arrested.

The hotel is out of business...closed, ? Really!!
The hotel is shutdown and has been for about 3years...and I mean boarded up windows! This facility shouldn't even be listed or have a way to set reservations...oh and have the nerve to want me to pay a cancellation fee?!? I'm NOT PAYING any money for a place I cannot and did not stay in...Whoever is still running their site needs to be in jail!!! I'm pissed, but glad I found out before I paid...I made the reservation but opted to pay upon arrival, so I haven't lost any money. Just want people to be informed, do research everything, and wait to pay whenever possible.

The front desk person was polite. The room was nicer than the hotel behind this one and less expensive. However my deposit was not reimbursement promptly and the hotel never answered the phone . The housekeeper also vleaned our room before check bbn out time and we were not ready to leave yet.

mold and cobwebs around top of bathroom only two outlets worked and they were not in anyway the convenient ones remote didnt work so no tv loud parking lot with at least one fight that went on lots of shady characters, would not bring my kids unless theyre lil gangsters like mine bedding was run down curtains didnt shut all the way shower needed some maintenance dirty sidewalks like someone projectile vomited soda and beer with cigarette butt garnish
