This place was disgusting. The lady at the front desk was so rude. I would have left when I first entered and encountered her but I had already prepaid. Don’t waste your money at this dump

A little rundown
The hotel and the room itself were a little rundown. Our door lock swing was barely bolted to the wall, so it would offer no protection to a break in. Bathroom was a bit gross, especially the shower. Rooms were on the smaller side. Also, the beds were billed as "full queens" but were most definitely doubles, so that was a bit deceiving. Breakfast was hit/miss on whether they had things (ex: peanut butter, cream cheese for a bagel, etc.). Front desk service was adequate, but wasn't overly helpful on things. Overall, it is situated in a great area and offered pretty good value, but a refresh is sorely needed.

The room was very damp and moldy smelling. Everything was wet - the carpet, the walls in the bathroom, etc. The toilet would not flush. On the other hand, the staff are very nice and the bed was comfy and clean.

Overall good experience. The room was clean, although the carpets had some stains and the bathroom vent had dust buildup. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was nice.

More detail needs to be paid to the bathroom tub and shower area. Soap dishes were notnclean and bathroom door didn't close. Other than that... everything else was fine.

For a Baymont hotel in a very nice area, the condition of the room was disgusting! Mold in the shower, the doors looked like they were going to fall off hinges, bathroom door from inside looked like a dog attacked it. Lamp shades had holes. There were shampoo & soap dispensers in the shower and they were empty. Wish I would have taken photos. Will never stay at this Baymont again.
