I loved the shuttle service provided by the hotel, both to the Grand Old Opry and downtown. Beds were extra comfortable and breakfast was a wide variety.

The power was out when we arrived so we couldn’t check in for a couple hours. The staff were very good about it and when the power was restored they were quick getting everyone checked in and were offering free drinks and things for the trouble. The room was great. Clean and spacious. Enjoyed the stay for sure.

The clerks at the front desk were very friendly , courteous and always had time for special requests. Also the shuttle service and the drivers were amazing. So easy to get to and from airport and Grand Ole Opry. The downtown shuttle that stops at the hotel upon request makes it simple to head downtown to enjoy that Nashville Music!!!

We arrived late to the hotel, but had called at 3pm to tell them we wouldn’t be on time. Once we had our key we went up to our room and realized someone else was in it. The clerk at the front desk got us another room, but it was obvious it was only kept as a last resort. The bed was not made properly, the duvet was dirty, and the room smelled horrible. We requested another room and were given the one next to it, being told it was the only room left. The bed sheets were stained on this bed sowe

First Visit to Nashville
Impressed with the room and staff. Staff answered all our questions and provided information on local restaurants, shuttle bus etc. Lovely breakfast included in price of room. The only complaint would be that there is no restaurant within the motel but there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
