Great service
We checked in late at 2 AM and our AC didn't work that well, it was just blowing semi-cold air. Had a hot sleep that night. I told reception about it the next morning and the person said they would either fix the AC or give us another room and also told us to see reception after we get back from our sightseeing. When we got back we were told that the AC was fixed and we had a great sleep that night. There was even a phone call from reception to make sure that the AC was working properly. Great service and great experience from our hotel stay.

The hotel workers were amazing very respectful and accommodating special mention to the security person who assisted us in the hospital when my friend had a medical issue. This guy unfortunately I missed his name stayed with us in the hospital until we checked out. He surely needs to be congratulated. Service above and beyond. My housekeeper chai was amazing. The hotel personnnel are truly the best assets of the hotel. Will surely come back next year in Bangkok and will stay at twin towers again. Will recommend it to my Canadian friends

While we booked a non smoking room with a king bed, we received a bed with 2 doubles and cot, with the entire room smelling faintly like smoke. I was advised it was a non smoking room but found some matches anyway. The beds are hard. Wifi kicks you off frequently.

Was a hotel that gave the impression of being secure and for the most part was until at 4am some staff member came into our room we yelled at him and he apologized and left but we didn’t see who it was! The room in Canada would be considered a two or three star was run down but it served its purpose! The pool area was very nice smaller than it looked in line but very nice! The spa was very relaxing and if you like Thai massage it was great! Food at hotel is expensive in my opinion! Booze at hotel was really expensive but just around the corner the convenience store was affordable! And at night there are all sorts of affordable food stalls right across the street! Great location to walk to transit !
