No room service to tidy the room, replace towels etc. Blamed Covid. Though I understand...there is no reflection on room price. They still charge full amount with ZERO service...not even breakfast which was listed. This hotel was in an unsafe area of town. The front desk warned us not to leave 'ANYTHING' in the car, not even a penny (their words). Break-ins of auto and homelessness rampant right at the hotel and area. They suggested I pull the car to the protected underground parking, which I did on night one. It was so steep it scraped and damaged the underneath of the car. I barely made it out that morning. This place is NOT recommended. ** I also arranged for a car rental through you with thrifty. We drive a couple Mercedes and BMWs in our lives...so the best I could find on the roster was a VW Passat...at least German! Instead I received a piece of junk KIA!!!! I paid for one and somehow was switched? Pathetic vehicle.

Parking needs work, but great otherwise
The hotel room was lovely, cam see some wear needing fixing, but overall, lovely. The parking areas need work done. I have a lowered car and it grinded on the drop offs at the back of the parking and going up to park... need to angle those.

Very good. On my first stay forgot my stetson. Called a couple of hours later to have it set aside. Upon checking in my hat was presented to me without asking.

Nice clean room with comfy bed.
This was surprising. Did not expect much but free underground safe parking and coin laundry was good too. Very easy to access downtown and around. Nice clean room with fridge and tiny sink with microwave. For the price it was great.
