Friendly and helpful staff- Simone is the best and Eric the bartender/barista is awesome too. Rooms are nice- with heated towel rack in the bathroom, along with a bathtub with sliding doors and a large sink. In-room tea was a bonus. Breakfast included in my room rate was also really tasty with a good selection. Best of all, I think, is location. It’s really close to the Lido vaporetto/water taxi stop and you can go directly (no transfer needed) to the Santa Lucia train station and the bus terminal, San Marco, Accademia and Rialto. I think there is a separate ferry to the airport as well. Could not recommend the hotel more as it is convenient and value for money.

Very friendly and kind staff. The room was Ok, 2single beds,bathroom Ok. From the bathroom window people from the building accross the road can see you directly or through the (extremely) big mirror. Not a lot of room in the bathroom to put your stuff.Not even one shelf inside the shower cabin. Overall the room was clean. Breakfast was Ok, not bad not super. I would recommend it to a friend and I would go back again.
