Very disappointed
We didn't get the correct room and size that we booked. We booked 2 queen beds with pull out sofa to accommodate our family of 5 me, my husband, our daughter and our twin boys. They gave us 1 bed and a pull out so someone had to sleep on the floor. We arrived at 2:30 and was told to come back at 3. Check in was at 3 so we were fine with that. We didn't get a room until 2 hours and 17 minutes after. We were waiting outside for a room to get ready for over 2 hours after our check in time. A lady was about to give us the right room and said two were available, printed the card and then a rude lady stopped her and said none were available. No remote in room We only were given 2 wash cloths for a room reserved for 5. Went to front desk and a young man was very rude when we asked for 2 extra wash cloths and said they don't keep extra wash cloths. Rolls his eyes and walks away. We then call corporate and corporate calls the front desk. The front desk calls the room while we on the cell phone with corporate and ask did we call for some towels... once he realized it was us. He hung up in my husband face. Mind you, this is the Hyatt. And was also Father's day weekend. I booked them to get what i paid for and for my husband to enjoy. Not for him tonend up having to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR. We have traveled all over and here in our home city had the worst hotel experience ever. I will book with comfort inn and suites from now on.

Our room was on 3rd floor. Hallway had an awful smell. Bed was super hard. Stains on the carpet in the room. Free breakfast only consists of toast, bengals scramble eggs, home fries some type of susage patties. Can fruit, yogurt and cottage cheese in a bowl on ice and everyone had to dip in the same bowl. Hard boiled eggs. No utensils. For a Hyatt Place the staff wasn’t very nice and over priced. I wouldn’t recommend hotel to anyone even if it was free

Hotel is ok, friendly staff but overpriced
The hotel was ok. The staff was very friendly however I had to wait for a considerable time anytime I needed to speak with them. The hotel was clean but I had to go downstairs to ask for sheets for the pull out bed because there was no phone in the room. The pull out bed mattress was horrible. The price was a little high in my opinion but at least it was clean. No hair dryer either.
