Generally sastisfying stay
For less than $60, it was a decent stay. The bed spread had two stains on it and while the pool was open, it obviously needed to be cleaned as there were black spots on the pool floor. Overall the room was satisfactory for the price paid despite the two stains on the bed spread. The grab and go breakfast was also satisfactory. It was a great budget find. I would stay there again.

Lack of communication and poor care of guest
After being om road for 700 mile day drive, i was very tired and was happy to check in, front desk agent was nice , profesional and made check in easy and quick. After settling in, i noticed hot water was not workong, called front desk and didnt get answer. Waited awhile and called 2 more times and still no answer. Went to front desk and no one was there. Came back to room and called few more times this time from my cell phone... nothing. Reached put to hotel.com support chat and agent was able to contact hotel, they were aware of hotwater not working, repair was just done and should have hot water within the hour. Ok? So they knew when i checked in 3 hours ago? Also mentioned nobody answered the phone and was told phone was broken. ???? After 2 hour or so water indeed was getting warm but by this time it was late and i passed out. Get up 4 hours later to hit the road again , guess what? No hot water. Its mid 40s outside, have no option but to take freezing cold shower. There was personal effect left previous guest that house keeping missed (on middle of table no less) in last several years of using hotel.com in 300+ nights of hotels all over country this was one of my worst experience.

Our room was very comforting and clean. The pillows were a little hard for our taste and the big curtains at the window were not set up to close conpletely. But other than those minor things, we had a great stay. The staff was very friendly.

Pass this one by
We spent one night here, passing through. The hotel is old, our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke big time! The comforter and blanket on the bed were dirty, lots of spots of who know what. OMG! The curtains didn't close completely so no way to block out the light of the parking lot. I would sleep in the car before staying here again. (Oh, and hairs on the toilet--seriously, during Covid?? NO EXCUSE FOR THIS)
