We checked into the hotel with no troubles, lady at the desk was very helpful with the process. There seemed to be always someone cleaning. The staff was extremely helpful specially employees that were at the front desk, room was clean, well maintained, peaceful to sleep well and rest. The location is near the WEGO bus stop, food and restaurants are 10 to 15 minutes walk. My husband uses a wheel chair to move around and employees at the front desk were very attentive to his needs. Nice location- can walk to Niagara Falls and many restaurants/attractions. Hotel is old and needs a face lift. Room had a very musty smell, hallways were old and about to be redone, and there was no way to control the room temperature. Parking lot behind the hotel was convenient, but the back door to the hotel was unlocked, so anyone could enter. Breakfast choices were limited (egg sandwiches, cold cereal, juice and coffee). No bagels, fruit, yogurt etc. Bathroom in room was recently redone and beds were comfy.
