Roach in the room
It was terrible to see the ROACH in the hotel room. Front desk response from Ma*** to my complain was even worse. She was saying it is common in tropical weather!! Can’t believe she was saying that without any apologize. Never, Never, Never stay there if you really want to enjoy Hawaii.
