Grwat Hotel
There was no remote control for the television in thr room. Had to call for remote to be brought to the room. There were no available luggage carts. Other than that i enjoyed my stay. I was attending a convention at the hotel and got a late check out. Check in staff was very courteous.

Good Choice for Lisle/Napervile/Wheaton Area
We chose this hotel for its location and its brand. It turned out we made a wise decision! Besides its convenient location, the staff there is friendly, and its gym and pool are nicely maintained. The only issue we had was the broadloom in our room was a bit too old. It's time to replace.

First room, fiund hairs on the toilet seat. Barely walked in the 2nd room, smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Got the 3rd room, seemed fine until the toilet ran all night and woke up to water on the floor.

I like the hotel but I was there for 3 days and I didn't receive any housekeeping services. I was told due to COVID-19 those services aren't available until you check out. Which I understand to a certain extent, but I would like a freshly made bed and a tidy bathroom. Other than that I've stayed there pre-covid and I loved it.

Location is great! Visited my Son at Benedictine College and was very close as well as a straight shot to downtown Naperville. Overall great time. Great pool and fitness facility.
