Very Good
The room was beautiful and comfortable. I loved the 24hr coffee station. It was very quiet. I work nights so I slept during the day. The blackout shades were perfect.

I stayed for a wedding, the rooms, service, and cleanliness were great! My only complaint is our neighbor complaining about us being “loud” around 10:30pm and then the front desk attendant coming up and saying the gentleman “has work at 5am”— 1. We requested a hotel block for a reason, while I understand hotels can only accommodate when they can, I feel like they should also have been advised of the fact that entire wedding party including out of town guests were staying on that floor—maybe he could have been possibly relocated? 2. It was a Thursday night, 10pm isn’t late, and whatever time he had to wake up is truly not my concern. It’s not your home—I don’t believe any guest, including myself, has the right to complain about outside noises. If we were throwing a party then maybe I could understand, this was not the case. Again, while this was my personal experience—the hotel and staff were great otherwise!

We came for a wedding in LaPorte. Close to the venue. Clean and neat. Nice accommodation for an evening. I called lady to ask to check in a bit early. She was super nice and super friendly. Good rep for your hotel!

Beds were very uncomfortable but hotel room and lobby were clean and service was somewhat good. Hard to hear person with her mask and she spoke so fast we couldn’t understand her.

Convenient location to many restaurants. Very clean, most staff were SUPER friendly and accommodating. It was a little more expensive than I would have anticipated though.

Close to Lake Michigan
This hotel was in a great location for us to get to Lake Michigan quickly and easily. We didn't care for the pool policy. Because of COVID-19, only so many people can be in the pool at one time which is understandable. However, it is first come first serve with no time limits or sign up of any kind making it difficult to enjoy the pool. The only other issue was that we got a handicap accessible room with a walk in shower and one of the safety rails had been pulled out of the wall and set back inside it. If we hadn't realized, one of us could have grabbed it and potentially gotten hurt. It was very loose and wobbly. Other than that, our room and the staff were good.
