We got two charges on our bill that we got gotta wait ten days to get money back cause they charged us for two nights instead of one that we stayed for. My confirmation clearly showed one day I told them but still charge me two days. Big mix up on our vacation. Other then that The room was beautiful very clean and very comfortable

The room was clean - plenty of room - staff at hotel were so friendly and accommodating - really great location close to shopping - not too onerous a ride to tourist sites. Would stay here again.

Rude staff all trying to get discovered. No amenities. Place is hidden in the cut. It is outdated and gross. Don’t book here especially if you are a minority. Black people beware. You will regret it.

The desk staff were very friendly and obliging, the shuttle to the Metro station was prompt and drivers friendly. Minor quibble; the coffee for purchase in the lobby was not ready by the 6:00 am time promised. Desk staff said to ask the lady setting up the coffee/doughnut area if we could get some to go. She was quite rude-we left without any coffee.

Overpriced for a Radisson. No breakfast included at all. As a matter of fact, they don’t even provide coffe in common area as “budget” hotels do. Coffe is $2 a cup in a dispensary type setup.

someone stole my phone
After I checked out, I realized I forgot my phone in the bathroom, I called the front desk, they said there is no phone in my room. However, I checked the app which shows the phone still in the hotel area, and after a couple hours, it shows offline. I don't know why they lie to me, obviously, someone found my phone and turned it off !!! Then I called them back, they don‘t even care me，and they just told me no more housing keeping for today, and I need to call them back tomorrow! The worst services ever!

The hotel was great.. Until I was told by the front desk that the room I got for 5 people will not fit all of us and a additional bed is 20 us dollars but it will not fit inside the room.I should go to super 8 that is next door. I took my key for the room to see if we can somehow fit in the beds and found out that I got two rooms apartment . The rest of the stay was fabulous!!! Very nice place!!
