Classic cage elevator in the oldest (1700’s) part of the quadrangle is part of the charm. Rooms are excellent for the price range. Be aware you carry your luggage up the 8 or 9 steps from the street before you reach an elevator! The included hot buffet breakfast is spectacular.
Nice location and everything was in good order unfortunately no parking for car
Clean and comfortable
Nice reception area
Very cute hotel right on the shopping street, perfect location, good price. Very cute area with free coffee and cookies. Room small, but made really good. We had a cozy feeling there with all the activities just outside the door. Classical charm
My favourite hotel in Stockholm. Very attentive staff, nice surroundings and comfortable.
Nice hotel.Breakfest is fantastic !Reception, very professional service ,Lady Adele, thank you for everything you did for me.I’ll be back in this place.
Not a 4 star hotel. This place has seen better days. Some of the furniture in the room is falling appart. I invite the staff to test the chairs in the rooms. Just be carefull not to fall. Cleaning could be improved, I found some long dark hairs in the bathroom. That should not happen at a 4 star hotel. The shower has no curtain, so the whole bathroom gets splashed after a shower. A shower curtain should not be a large investment, right? The "view to the city and inner courtyard" is just a view to the glass roof of the courtyard. On the other side, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff kept the trays full and the tables clean. All in all, I would stay here again. For €85 per night, it is a good choice for three star hotel.
The hotel is very well situated within the city. You can easily get to the main touristic points. The rooms are incredible small! We requested the double twin bed hoping it would be a little bit bigger since we read in the reviews about the size of the rooms, but I don't think there's any difference. My husband and I had a carry on luggage each and a portfolio and we had a hard time accommodating them in the room. We had a room facing the lobby and the option of opening the windows was not a good one since the lobby is closed up (the one you see in the picture) you can hear all the noise in the room, plus it gets too hot which doesn't help with the room temperature (end of august). We had a tower a/c unit inside the room which help somehow to keep the room cooler. The bathroom is not well designed because the shower has such a small division to keep the water out that doesn't fulfill it's purpose, I think a shower curtain would help with that.
This hotel was not bad for the price. It seemed like it was a hotel for business people. The room was small but expected. The free coffee in the lobby was nice. Otherwise everything else was average, nothing bad but nothing spectacular.
