Central nice hotel
The hotel itself was spotless. Breakfast was ample and tasty. Staff were very helpful. The only let dowm was the trash in the outside areas. In 3 days we never saw a outdoor cleaner sweeping or picking up the rubbish on the grass and in the small lakes which is a shame because it was building up by the day and made the hotel area outside look rundown. The pool area was a bit better but in the tents there was rubbish on the fake grass which spoilt the moment. It was such a shame all they need to do is allocate a person to check the outside area on a daily basis and pick up after the trash throwers. They need a person solely dealing with the rubbish, cigarette butts and plastic bags it would make a big difference.....BUT we did not let that spoil our holiday we had a great time.

Good people but needs deep clean
The people were kind. I appreciated the laminate floors. The room could use a coat of paint. I could tell the bathroom used to be nice. But there was a large stain on the counter, which I could overlook. But the hinges and corners of the shower door had layers of grime, which I could not. A deep clean would go far to make the room more pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and family oriented and included a lot of amenities to keep the kids busy and lake view in the back is very relaxing. The pool was heated and made it perfect since the weather was getting a little cold. The service was very good when I asked for extra sheets and covers they brought it up to the room in less than 10 minutes. Definitely will recommend for anybody that wants to visit that area of Orlando since is close to Disney and the other resorts.

Good family short stop on way to other lication
Some floors were renovated , but ours was not. Filthy hallway carpets with food stains (hopefully), darker splatters, room had only 2 beds and no chair. Bfast was very good with wide assortment of breads and pastries. Yogurt or chocolate milk cost $3 extra. Pool was heated and enjoyed by the kids.

The staff here were super polite and helpful, but the overall location could use a pretty deep cleaning. Our room looked nice initially, but we noticed stains on the sheets and on the towels. It was likely an accident, but that can’t happen.
