We had a 1 night stay at Hotel M St Germain and were pleased. We chose the location due to it being accessible to many sights and the Seine. We also booked a bike tour that was within walking distance which was nice. The rooms are funky and bright and the hallways and elevator darker and somewhat dingy. We were greeted very warmly by a lovely desk agent and had no problems. I can recommend this for a short stay

Great area on rue des l’ecoles.
Great location with safe walking areas in the evening. Lots of places to eat and the neighbourhood seemed diverse. The hotel room was small even by European standards. The shower stall had no door and the bathroom was separated by a curtain.

Nice little place, great location
Staff and hotel were nice. Rooms are pretty tiny, but clean and bed slept well for 2 weeks. Our room had A/C which was excellent.

Nice city hotel you. Could walk to Notra Dame
Small room and small bathroom but comparable to a city hotel. Shower is very small , a good job I am 5.2 ‘ and slim, not for the oversized!!!!

Good location
This hotel is in a great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was small but acceptable. The worst thing about the room is the bathroom. The door was a big rubber curtain. No shower door or curtain so the entire bathroom was soaking wet after a shower. No venting to let moisture escape so lots of mold in bathroom and around window.

Look elsewhere for your stay
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and would not recommend. The hotel itself is fine, would qualify it as a 2 star hotel. The room itself is clean but the bed is extremely uncomfortable - it’s very hard as if sleeping on the floor. The walls are also extremely thin so you can hear absolutely everything from the rooms near and above yours. There was also construction going on in the hotel while we were there and it was extremely loud. No staff had warned us about it. Overall the stay itself was not comfortable so would not recommend this hotel, as I would not choose to stay here again.

Under Corona circumstances, the hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. It was agreed that cleaning day was only when checking out ( 3 days stay) I would recommend this hotel as it is very well placed and good price cafés around
