The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Stayed here twice either side of a cruise from Copenhagen. Had some issues with the room on the second stay and this is when good customer service showed by the way Santiago handled the issue and made sure we were looked after. Breakfast is buffet style with a choice of hot and cold food, fruit cereals and unlimited drinks. Located within 100 metres of Kobenhaven Central station and 150 metres of the metro. Tivoli is straight through the other side of the railway station making the hotel ideal location wise. Bathrooms are quite small other than that the rooms are good.

Nice, basic stay at a simple hotel in a great location, just a short walk from the train and metro stations. We stayed in a room on the fifth floor with a lovely view, and I really enjoyed opening the windows for a cool breeze at night. The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We did not try the breakfast but it looked very nice. The bathroom ventilation could have been cleaner and the only toiletry provided was soap, so don’t expect extras like shampoo or conditioner. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and good-value stay.

We had a nice stay. The room and bathroom Were small but clean. The windows opened and there were no screens. That was perfect for us because we love sleeping with the windows open. We were on the fifth floor. It was a great location. Close to the Central train station and metro. Felt very safe. There was a 7-11 one block away which was great for drinks. It was a quiet neighborhood while we were there in mid May. We will go there again

Overall we were happy with our stay for the price. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Especially Santiago. The location was excellent for us because it is 1 block from the train station and we could easily stow our luggage for early check-in. Things were a little run down (cracked sink) and the tiles were a little grungy in a few places, a couple of carpet stains. The room did feel clean. And the sheets and towels were really nice-I’m picky about that. There is no air-conditioning so we needed to keep the windows open and the streets were very loud at night. It’s not a bad place to stay, but we will try a different place next time.
