Service for check in and check out is not good
We arrived with 4 luggages of a 30 day trip around Brazil and no one offer help to manage the luggage bags from the taxi to our room and vice and versa. We had to do it all. Get the cart, load the luggages, bring to our room and unload the luggages and the same process to get put of the hotel. The guy that was working with the lady in the front we we arrive continue to do nothing while we did all of that. That was January 10th at 10:00 pm. Service is very unreliable.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel more of a 2 star.
Poor condition of hotel, room was clean but not upto proper stablndards, cramped. Overall seems dingy and rundown and would certainly avoid. Quite a few things were broken, the tap was also constantly leaking stightly, walls are really thin. The hotel certainly doesnt in anyway meet the 4 star hotel standard, seems more of 2 star hotel. I stayed in a couple of other 4 star hotels in Brazil, there is a stark difference. Positives: breakfast seemed pretty good, very close walk from most offices

Deplorable condition
The condition of the room was deplorable. The floor was dirty and coming apart as well the walls, which were also with signs of humidity. I never expected a situation like this on a hotel of the Intercity chain.

Meu quarto era pessimo. Parecia um quarto de motel barato. Abajur quebrado, escuro, tomadas fora do padrao ABNT, espelho quebrado, a porta da sacada nao abria e a manutencao teve que abri-la com uma chave de fenda, a tv nao funcionava. Ao reclamar na recepcao foi informada de que estes eram os quartos destinados a Expedia (!!!). Nunca mais.

The rooms were extremely filthy... The bathroom was filled with flies coming out of the sewer (over 20).. the room smelt horrible and the bed sheets were very dirty.
