Great downtown hotel

Excellent location, breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Yes the traffic can be a bit noisy but its an old building and outside of the hotels ability to control. It did not disturb our stay and we had a great nights sleep. One downside was that the person cleaning rooms knocked and then entered even when we said not to.

Great Hotel

We always stay at the St. Regis. Its close to the train station. The coffee shop serves a nice breakfast. It's an easy walk to Gastown. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice. We consider ourselves regulars.

While sold as having parking we arrived and were told none was available and we would have to find some on our own at a public lot and then walk back. We had to drag our luggage 2 blocks then to the hotel. Completely unacceptable for a property billed as this quality to not have either parking or valet to address such a situation. We will not be back.

This is my second time staying at St. Regis. The hotel is located right downtown and a short walk away from almost everything. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, and that staff are SO friendly and wonderful. The breakfast options were delicious.
